“Your Certificates of Diversion are a huge hit here at Pacific Arbour. One of our values is “We Waste Less” and now the retirement residences are competing with each other and head office to see who gets the best diversion scores. Thanks”

“On April 13th, 2012, we had our scheduled recycling pick-up. When the crew showed up to pick-up, my staff hadn’t had a chance to empty our small containers into the pick-up bin. The crew was extremely accommodating, and even helped them to do so. They were extremely friendly and courteous. It is always refreshing to deal with individuals who seem to care about their work.
Thank you again!”

“I just wanted to let you know that we have been very happy with your service. Your pickup drivers are courteous and helpful. We missed our regular pickup yesterday and another driver came today. You are lucky to have employees that care about giving good service. Please pass on my thank you.”

“If the program works and we can achieve our preliminary goal of moving to a 4 yard bin, we will have cut our waste by more than half! Ok, it’s not Zero waste…yet. But our focus is on maintaining a continued effort to reduce our waste to landfill in measureable steps. By the end of the year I could see us moving to a 2 yard. Beyond that, well, then we’re looking at individual cans. That’s a terrific goal and, with the help we’ve received from Urban Impact, one that is not as far off as I had originally thought.”
