Job Title: Front Load Driver

Front Load Driver:

Urban Impact Recycling Ltd has a rare job opportunity for Front Load Drivers to service Urban Impact’s commercial customers. We are looking for extraordinary individuals to join our team of Drivers who bring with them great driving and people skills and who have a passion for the environment.

Job Particulars:

Full Time, Permanent Position

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are looking for a systems savvy person, who has an entrepreneurial background and experience in providing internal and external customer service in accounts receivable and/or collections.

If you have an understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, and are accustomed to problem solving a wide variety of discrepancies with customer accounts, in a fast paced work environment then this may be the role for you!

Main Job Duties:

Processes invoices and adjustments in multiple accounting and in-house systems
Manages the application of incoming cash receipts
Provides Soft collections on service, material and other accounts, using in-house collections policy
Responds to escalated customer inquiries re: billing
Maintains customer information in tower, cietrade, adagio
Liaises between customer service, accounts payable and sales for accurate billing.
Supports the Accounting month end process

Skills:

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience using in-house and/or accounting systems for billing and receivable functions
Accounting Education is an asset
Must have the ability to problem solve and communicate solutions
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team setting
