Urban Impact is pleased to announce our New Customer Portal!  

As technology changes, Urban Impact is staying at the forefront by investing in our platform and our customers.  On April 3, 2024, we launched our new Customer Portal.  Our goal is to improve how we interact with our customers and make it easy for our customers to manage their account and communication with our team.  

The Customer Portal features:

At Urban Impact, serving our communities and helping charities is one of our pillars.  We have two charitable programs: Shred Events and the Urban Impact Charity Recycling Program. In 2023, Urban Impact supported six local charities helping these charities raise $30,000 with Shred Day Event Fundraisers and the Urban Impact Charity Recycling Program gave back more than $60,000 to local charities.

To be a relevant company in today’s market, an organization must provide a compelling value proposition to win and keep customers. It also must find, grow and nurture talented people, who are focused on achieving company goals and are diligent in serving customers. Urban Impact is no different. As a company and as individual members of a team, we work hard to serve our customers’ needs and be relevant for our employees.  

March 18 is Global Recycling Day. It is a day we, the people of this planet, come together to raise awareness on the importance of recycling and waste diversion, putting our planet first by helping preserve our natural resources. 

Global Recycling Day was created by the Global Recycling Foundation. Their mission for Global Recycling Day is to:

“1. To tell world leaders that recycling is simply too important not to be a global issue, and that a common, joined up approach to recycling is urgently needed.
