A kinder more tolerant world is one that we can all support. 

The 2024 celebration of Pride is underway.  At Urban Impact, we believe people are the heart of all our work. Our cultural values drive us to create a safe and supportive work environment for all of our team members to thrive.  We are proud of the diverse culture and community that we have built and we proudly support the Pride festival.

In Vancouver B.C., the Pride festival is celebrated from July 26th to August 4th. The culmination of this celebration is one of the most iconic events; The Pride Parade, held on Sunday August 4, 2024.

Our simple and thoughtful acknowledgement to the communities we serve: May the Pride festival truly celebrate the LGBTQ community.
