Proud to be Celebrating Pride

The month of June brings us together to advocate for and support the LGBTQ+ community. It’s a time to celebrate all that is uniquely human about humans. There are many ways to connect, celebrate, and learn about this diverse community. 

There are many ways and many things to do to build connections, be seen, and wave the flag in support of love and acceptance. Click here for a few events to add to your calendar. In keeping with our cultural values, we support and celebrate our communities for their diverse culture. 

At Urban Impact, we believe people and our communities are the heart of all our work. We are passionate about our cultural values. These values help create a work culture that we all believe creates space and acceptance for our team members to flourish and thrive. 

This year, we are celebrating with our flag made from recycled detergent bottles. Uniquely and proudly us!
