Customer Portal is the place where Urban Impact customers can pay their bill and manage their Urban Impact account. The customer portal features:
- Auto-pay your invoice: Enroll in autopay.
- Paperless invoicing: Enroll in paperless email billing.
- Online payments: Pay invoices easily online with a safe and secure online payment service.
- Service scheduling and calendar:View and confirm your collection days.
- Add or change services: Add or request a change of service schedule online.
- Account updates: Notify us of an address or contact change.

Although March 30th is Zero Waste Day around the world, there’s no need to wait another year to start creating a Zero Waste community. With spring and summer almost here, it’s time to enjoy some of our favourite outdoor activities like music concert, festivals and other outdoor public events!
Urban Impact is pleased to announce our New Customer Portal! As technology changes, Urban Impact is staying at the forefront by investing in our platform and our customers. On April 3, 2024, we launched our new Customer Portal. Our goal is to improve how we interact with our customers and make it easy for our customers to manage their account and communication with our team. The Customer Portal features:
At Urban Impact, serving our communities and helping charities is one of our pillars. We have two charitable programs: Shred Events and the Urban Impact Charity Recycling Program. In 2023, Urban Impact supported six local charities helping these charities raise $30,000 with Shred Day Event Fundraisers and the Urban Impact Charity Recycling Program gave back more than $60,000 to local charities.
