At Urban Impact, family is an important tenet of our team and our values. This year, to celebrate Family Day, we want to highlight the amazing married couples that help keep Urban Impact running smoothly. For us, Family Day is an important holiday! 

While there are likely other companies that employ married couples, our five married couples play a unique and impactful role at Urban Impact. These couples work together across the company, helping build and strengthen our culture through strong bonds, trust, and shared values.

These five married teams help make Urban Impact a community rather than merely a workplace. For these couples, working together provides an opportunity to grow together, celebrate each other’s success, and lift each other up. Having a built-in support system at work can make a big difference at work and in life; whether it’s carpooling, being able to lean on your person when you’re having a bad day, or just having a lunch date every day!

To all our married teams—thank you for your dedication, your hard work, and for bringing a little extra heart to what we do.
