Urban Impact is pleased to announce our New Customer Portal!  

As technology changes, Urban Impact is staying at the forefront by investing in our platform and our customers.  On April 3, 2024, we launched our new Customer Portal.  Our goal is to improve how we interact with our customers and make it easy for our customers to manage their account and communication with our team.  

The Customer Portal features:

  • Auto-pay your invoice: Enroll in autopay.
  • Paperless invoicing: Enroll in paperless email billing.
  • Online payments: Pay invoices easily online with a safe and secure online payment service.
  • Service scheduling and calendar: View and confirm your collection days.
  • Add or change services: Add or request a change of service schedule online.
  • Account updates: Notify us of an address or contact change.


This is  just the beginning!   We will be continually working to add new features and make improvements to the portal!
