We are so pleased to welcome you to the Urban Impact family of customers! Urban Impact has purchased Silver Bullet Shredding effective October 1, 2022. We have had the pleasure of knowing Bailey Jung and the Silver Bullet team for many years. We are looking forward to seamlessly transitioning services that meet your secure onsite shredding needs and business requirements.
Pick ups
Over the next few weeks, it is possible that the driver assigned to collect your On-Site Shredding is changed to an Urban Impact driver. We will ensure that our drivers are trained and informed on your specific needs and site requirements. The Silver Bullet driving team is transitioning to Urban Impact, however they may not continue the exact routes as we amalgamate Silver Bullet customers into our routing systems.
Please note, your pickup schedule will remain the same, however it is possible that the day of week your shredding service occurs may change.

Shredding Services
Just as Silver Bullet did, Urban Impact’s On Site Shredding truck will arrive at your location and securely shreds the contents of your collection bins right at your location. Our bonded and trained drivers are focused on providing secure collection and destruction of your sensitive materials. At any time if you would like to see your confidential materials being shredded, please let the driver know and you or your team can accompany the driver to the truck and watch the On-Site destruction of your materials.
